I will go through a couple of local beautiful locations here in Ashburn and Leesburg that are amazing for sessions. I am always open to locations that are not listed, these are just some of my favorites.
Morven Park- One of my favorites due to how many backgrounds you can get in your session. Located in Leesburg. Morven's Park has 1,000 acres of lawns, fields. wooded area, gardens, brick steps and lots more. And you can't forget about the Mansion that was transformed from a tiny field stone farmhouse. Be ready to walk with this location! You have to have a permit to photograph here and lucky for my clients I have been a member for years now. I love being apart of such a beautiful location. Also, to note, there are two bathrooms located on site.

Downtown Leesburg
Downtown Leesburg is a beautiful location that is rich with history. It's perfect for anytime of the year. It's a picturesque town with lots of restaurants, bars, stores and historic buildings. If you are looking for a location that more urban and historic, this is the place for you. Each time I photograph here, I find new and exciting places to photograph my families. Be ready to walk with this location.

Rust Sanctuary-Located in Leesburg, this is a hidden gem. With open fields, walking trails and unique looking trees . When the sun hits this field its just breathtaking. Also, located there is this old white barn which is perfect for some unique photos for anytime of the year.

Red Rock Overlook
This is the home to several historic buildings, and long winding trails. Located in Leesburg, Red Rock Overlook Regional Park is a unique location. With this location you will get some interesting backgrounds which include brick walls and lots of beautiful trees. If you are up for a hike, the trails will take you right to the Potomac River. Right off Battlefield Parkway. Perfect for anytime of year.

Claude Moore Park
Claude Moore Park has it all. Located in Sterling, Va. From a lake to a wooden barn and lots of walking trails. The light is just stunning at this location. Beautiful anytime of the year but my favorite time of the year here has to be the Fall.

The Potomac River
Being in Ashburn, Va we are so lucky to be close to the Potomac river. There are many locations to get to Potomac River. If you are up for a photo session and an adventure, this the location for you. Bring your walking shoes and maybe some water shoes. You will get some beautiful scenic backgrounds for your family images.
Hal and Berni Hanson Regional Park
This beautiful newly opened park is located in Aldie, Va. This park includes walking trails, a small lake, and lots of beautiful trees and wooded areas. Perfect for Fall time!
One Loudoun (Downtown)
Located in the heart of Loudoun County. This location has a more upscale, urban vibe. With modern buildings and fun backdrops. Perfect for a family, senior or a head shot session. Great for anytime of the year.
Old Town Alexandria and Founders Park, Alexandria
Located in Alexandria, Va on the Potomac River, just south of Washington DC. Both locations have beautiful views on the Potomac River. Old Town is know for its historic buildings and walkways. Travel fee will be included for these locations.
Reservoir Park
Located in Brambleton, Va. Located within the Brambleton Community Park West Baseball field complex. This is a new location, just opened in 2024. This location has lots beautiful views of the water with walking trails leading into the woods. Beautiful anytime of the year! Highly recommended either an early morning or sunset time for you photos. Bring your walking shoes for this location. Lots of parking and bathrooms located on site.
